If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with job-bot.ai, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keeping your contact and profile information up to date

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect data from the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, software, and data — are the exclusive property of job-bot.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including your resume, profile information, and job preferences ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant job-bot.ai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

8. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer

job-bot.ai uses artificial intelligence to power job matching, resume analysis, career guidance, and other features. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
• Job match scores, salary estimates, and career recommendations are based on available data and algorithms and should not be relied upon as professional career or legal advice
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service
• AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
• We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment

The Service is not a substitute for professional career counseling, legal advice, or other professional services.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or paid feature:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan at the rates in effect at the time of purchase
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOB-BOT.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or AI outputs
• Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

We do not warrant that any job listings, salary data, or career information provided through the Service is accurate, current, or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOB-BOT.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs or career recommendations
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless job-bot.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against job-bot.ai.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
